This space originally served as a third floor attic space adjacent to the client's master bedroom. The clients had a need for a bathroom, equipped with a generous 4'x6' shower and two separate sinks.
When this house suffered burst pipes during the winter months, the property received extensive water damage from the third floor down. We were able to create fresh, modern vacation home for this family to enjoy for years to come.
