“Nate and his team rebuilt our vacation home from the ground up (completely gutted) following some water damage to the property. Through the entire process Nate was very easy to work with, accommodating with his time and very responsive to any/all requests during the long process of putting our home back together again. On a number of occasions Nate went out of his way to meet personally with our insurance adjuster in order to help us recover what we could from the claims process. The work included running new electrical through the entire house, top to bottom spray foam insulation, drywall, paint, 3/4” hardwood flooring and a complete redesign of the kitchen and bath. In the end, we couldn’t be happier or more impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of work. “Working with Nate, was by far the best experience I have ever had on any project. First, his work ethic is amazing and he takes great pride in his work. He had many suggestions for me, but wasn’t pushy. After a while into the project, I told him I’d be okay if he made all the decisions, because he has such great taste. Of course, he still ran everything by me. Our house is more than I ever dreamed it could be. (We are people who had a budget, not people who could afford anything they wanted.)

He returns phone calls and emails and lets you know what’s happening every step of the way. We live 1 1/2 hours away from the project so this was important to us. Also, we were happy with every worker he had work on our house. We would take a ride to look at the progress and they were never annoyed when we interrupted and were happy to answer any questions.

After the house was finished we had minor things we wanted done, like installing shelves. Generally I have found when you have someone do a big project, you don’t see them again. Not Nate. He has come back for everything we have asked him to. Nate told me when we first met that he likes to build a relationship with his clients and he certainly has with us. If I had another project, I wouldn’t even think of hiring anyone else.”
